Since 2005...

The Ronald Reagan High School Band has earned many awards and honors including:

• Earning over 480 chairs in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools All-County Band
• Earning over 240 chairs in the Northwest District All-District Band
• Earning over 35 chairs in the North Carolina All-State Honors Band
• Earning over 70 chairs for winds and percussion in the West-Region Honors Orchestra
• Over 320 groups receiving a "Superior" rating at district Solo and Ensemble MPA
• Earning five chairs in the All-National Concert Band
• Earning one chair in the All-National Orchestra
• Achieving 41 Superior ratings at MPA
• The Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble 1 (twice) being invited to perform at the North Carolina Music Educator's Association Professional Development Conference.
• Hosting the City of the Arts Jazz Festival which brings in many regional high school and middle school jazz ensembles and world renowned jazz artists.
• The marching Band of Raiders earning over 27 "Band of the Day" awards and over 110 1st place caption awards.
• The marching Band of Raiders representing North Carolina in the National Independence Day Parade in 2014 and 2018.
• The marching Band of Raiders representing North Carolina and the United States of America in the 2016 London New Year's Day Parade.
• The Reagan Winterguard named the CWEA Scholastic A Champions in 2012, and being Undefeated Champions in 2017,  2018, and 2023.
• Participating in other awesome opportunities including serving as the Wake Forest Pep Band at the Duke and NC State vs Wake Forest basketball games.
• Hosting numerous clinicians and performers including classical and jazz artists.
• The Wind Ensemble and Orchestra performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City in 2022.
• The Wind Ensemble and Orchestra performing at Chicago Symphony Hall in Chicago in 2023.
