 • Attire for the parade will be ugly Christmas sweaters (provided by student), black bibs, long
black socks, and marching band shoes. Wear your favorite festive Santa hat or reindeer head
gear. We will not wear shakos. We will give a prize for the best ugly Christmas Sweater to be
determined by the drum majors.
• The weather is expected to be cold over the weekend. Please wear appropriate clothes
underneath your uniform to stay warm.
• If parents plan to pick up their student after the parade, the check-out process is the same as
other trips. You need to provide a note and check out with the bus chaperone.
• Sunglasses are acceptable for the Lewisville Parade. We will be marching into the sun, and it
is very bright.
