Middle School band directors will provide 8th-graders with details regarding buses or personal transportation. Participants will be provided dinner at Reagan with the BOR and a t-shirt.

4:00pm 8th graders arrive in the stadium at Reagan

After rehearsal on the field: Dinner provided at the Reagan school building.

5:15pm Dinner for 8th grade band parents

6:15pm Mini concert in auditorium

6:55pm March to the stadium

7:30pm Kickoff: Football game starts at 7:30pm and ends roughly around 10:00-10:30pm.

8:30pm (estimated): Full high school BOR band show performance during halftime. 8th-grade families are invited to stay, or are free to leave when dismissed after halftime.

9:45-10:00pm (estimated): Full high school BOR band show encore performance postgame.

The BOR will perform at halftime AND postgame. (Estimated, subject to change.)
