1:15pm Arrive North Forsyth

2:00pm Mass Band rehearsal

3:00pm Mass Band rehearsal with middle schools

3:45pm Rehearsal ends

4:00pm Brass Ensemble rehearsal for National Anthem

4:00pm Eat dinner / visit concessions

5:00pm Opening Ceremonies

6:30pm Meet at buses (This time could change)

7:00pm Warm-up

7:45pm Performance by Reagan (could be earlier)

8:15pm Retreat on field

8:30pm Mass Band Performance

9:00pm Load buses / equipment

9:15pm Depart North Forsyth

9:45pm Arrive back at Reagan* (tentative)

Attire: Full uniforms with show shirts, long black socks, marching band shoes, shorts under bibs (no pajama pants) and warm layers

Admission: $7 for spectators

Students: Dinner will be provided for students at North Forsyth. If you like, bring money for concessions too.
