  • All traffic needs to enter through the Hanes Mill Entrance and exit to Shattalon Drive.
  • Students will be released from class at 12:00pm on Monday.  All students need to go to first lunch and report to the band room at 12:30pm.
  • Once we arrive at North Forsyth, we will report to the field for mass band rehearsal.  Students need to take a water bottle, flip folders, and lyres with them to this rehearsal.
  • Our brass section leaders will be performing the National Anthem along with students from other schools.  There will be rehearsal for these students following the mass band rehearsal.
  • Dinner will be served at about 4:00pm.  Students need to use this link to indicate what they would like from Jersey Mikes by the end of the day tomorrow.  You can also purchase concessions when you are not in rehearsal, warm-up, etc.
  • We are scheduled to perform at 7:45pm.  It is important for people attending the show to know this time could be moved up depending on the length of the performances earlier in the event.
  • Following our performance will be Atkins and the mass performance.  As soon as the mass performance is completed, we will meet.  Following this meeting, students need to get their belongings out of the stands and return to the trailers to change out of uniform.
  • If a student is being taken home by a parent, they must check their student out with their bus chaperone and provide written documentation.  Parents must meet us at the buses, and they can only check out their student.
