MPA for Concert Band

Very important that everyone is ON TIME and has EVERYTHING they need.

Please make sure that you have the correct concert attire in advance of this date, and be dressed by 1:35pm.

Bring money for dinner at Valley Hills Mall.

1:05pm- All Students that do not have 1st or 2nd Lunch Report to 3rd Lunch
1:30pm- All Students Report to Band Room
1:35pm- Final Rehearsal in Band Room (arrive in concert attire)
2:30pm- Load Equipment/Buses
2:45pm- Depart Reagan
4:30pm- Arrive at Lenoir-Rhyne
5:00pm- Warm-Up
5:35pm- Stage Performance
6:05pm- Sightreading
6:30pm- All Students Report to Truck Busses/Load Equipment
6:45pm- Depart Lenoir-Rhyne/Travel to Valley Hill Mall for Dinner (Bring money.)
7:45pm- Depart Valley Hills Mall
9:15pm- Arrive at Reagan/Unload/Dismiss
 

Parents and family members are welcome to attend MPA, which is held at Lenoir-Rhyne University in the P.E. Monroe Auditorium. Free admission.
