Description

MPA for Concert Band and Symphonic Band.

Very important that everyone is ON TIME and has EVERYTHING they need.

 

Please make sure that you have the correct concert attire in advance of this date, and be dressed by the time specified.

 

Bring $10 for lunch if you have not already done so.

 

REMINDERS:

- Performances are free and open to the public in the P. E. Monroe Auditorium on the campus of Lenoir-Rhyne University.

- Parking: Spectators can park in the stadium parking lot across the street from the auditorium.

- Students will eat lunch at the LRU Dining Hall. Bring $10 for lunch if you have not done so.

- Bring a snack if you would like.

- Have all concert attire ready to go such as long black socks, dress shoes, bow ties, etc. No jeans, sweat pants, t-shirts, etc. are to be worn for MPA.

- If parents are picking up students following their performance, please provide their bus chaperone with a note.

- Make sure you have everything you need for your instrument and your music. If you share music with someone, bring your own music. All music needs to be in your black three ring binder.

10:35am Symphonic Band Warm-Up
11:10am Stage Performance: Symphonic Band
11:40am Symphonic Band Sightreading
12:10pm All students report to Auditorium
12:50pm Lunch in the Food Court ($10)
1:55pm Concert Band Warm-Up
2:30pm Stage Performance: Concert Band
3:00pm Concert Band Sightreading
3:45pm Depart Lenoir-Rhyne
5:15pm Arrive at Reagan/Unload/Dismiss
 

Free and open to the public. Family and friends are welcome to attend MPA, which is held at Lenoir-Rhyne University, P.E. Monroe Auditorium. Free admission. Park in stadium lot across from auditorium.
