8:30am- Load Buses/Equipment
8:45am- Depart Reagan
10:30am- Arrive at Lenoir-Rhyne
10:45am- SB report to Auditorium (watch Ledford WE & Reagan WE)/WE report to Warm-Up Room
11:00am- WE Warm-Up
11:45am- WE Stage Performance
12:10pm- SB Report to Dining Hall for Lunch ($10)
12:25pm- WE Sightreading
12:50pm- WE Report to Dining Hall for Lunch ($10)
1:00pm- SB Report to Truck to Unload then Report to Warm-Up Room
1:25pm- SB Warm-Up
1:45pm- WE Report to Auditorium (watch Reagan SB & Mount Airy CB)
2:00pm- SB Stage Performance
2:30pm- SB Sightreading
3:00pm- All Students Report to Truck/Buses
3:15pm- Depart Lenoir-Rhyne
5:00pm- Arrive at Reagan/Unload/Dismiss
