Rookie Camp for Band of Raiders Marching Band: For all new members and leadership.

Rookie camp does not include color guard.

On Thursday, all Percussion and Rookie Camp students will meet in the band room at 4:30, and then we will split into separate groups.

First year students in Percussion will attend Percussion Clinics/Auditions. The percussion clinics/auditions on Thursday and Friday will take the place of Rookie Camp for percussion students.

Parents: There will be signs and band students to help students get to the band room if they do not know the location. Parents do not need to check in students. Parents are always welcome to attend rehearsals.

– All students need to wear athletic clothes and tennis or running shoes.

– Brass and Woodwind students will not need their instruments either day.

– We will be inside for the majority of the time, however students are encouraged to bring water bottles.

– Percussion students need to bring a pair of drumsticks and a drum practice pad if they have one for all four days.

School-owned instruments: Some students may need school-owned instruments during Mini-Camp on June 4th and 5th. These students will have instruments provided for the camp. Following the camp, most instruments are going to the repair shop and will be returned later in the summer. Once they are returned, students can come by Reagan and check them out for the remainder of the summer.

Meet in the band room at 4:30pm, and we will split into separate groups.
