8:30am Final combined Symphony Orchestra rehearsal
9:30am Load buses
9:45am Depart Reagan
10:15am Arrive at Atkins HS
10:40am Warm-Up: Reagan Chamber Orchestra
11:20am Stage Performance: Reagan Chamber Orchestra (free/open to the public)
12:00pm Sightreading: Reagan Chamber Orchestra
12:20pm Lunch @ Atkins HS (bring a bagged lunch)
12:50pm Warm-up: Reagan Symphony Orchestra
1:25pm Stage Performance: Reagan Symphony Orchestra (free/open to the public)
2:00pm Sightreading: Reagan Symphony Orchestra (strings only)
2:30pm Depart Atkins HS
3:00pm Return to Reagan HS

Very important that everyone is ON TIME and has EVERYTHING they need.

Please make sure that you have the correct concert attire in advance of this date, and be dressed by the time specified.

Parents and family members are welcome to attend MPA, which is held at Atkins High School Auditorium. Free admission.
